SUBJECT:  PowerPoint Slides provided from the “Global Justice XML Data Model Developer’s Workshop” conducted May 11-13, 2004.

The content of the Power Point slides presented at the referenced workshop was developed by the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) under Grant No. 2003-LD-BX-K003.  This Grant was awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), U.S. Department of Justice with cost share funding provided by GTRI.  The slides are provided under, and subject to, the following conditions:

  1. Contribution of GTRI in developing the content must be acknowledged for any use of the slides.
  2. The Copyright Notice on any slide must be maintained designating the Georgia Tech Research Corporation (GTRC) as the Copyright owner.
  3. Slides will not be used for any for-profit commercialization without the written permission of the GTRC.
  4. Any change or modification in any slide template must still acknowledge the GTRC Copyright and any such modifications in the presentation must still acknowledge and credit the content development by GTRI.
